摘要：对德国森林资源监测技术体系进行了分析 ,包括监测内容、监测方法、监测指标和主要监测网点几个方面。近年来 ,先进国家森林资源监测已经向着资源和环境监测一体化的方向发展。在监测内容方面 ,除传统的森林生长指标外 ,增加了森林健康状况和重要生态环境因子。在监测手段上 ,采用成套的先进仪器设备 ,实现了对森林资源和重要生态因子的连续观测和数据的自动处理 ,从而节约了大量人力物力 ,提高和保证了观测数据的准确性和连续性。在此基础上 ,提出了改进我国森林资源监测技术体系的建议。
The technique system of forest resource monitoring in Germany such as contents, methods, indicates and monitoring stations are discussed. In recent years, the objectives of forest resource monitoring have changed from wood resource to integration of forest resource and environment in developed countries. Besides forest growth indicates, the important indicators of forest health status and ecological environment also are added to monitoring contents. Many advanced instruments are used to continuous and automatic monitoring. It can reduce the workload and costs of field monitoring and improve accuracy and continuity of data. Based on this analysis, the authors put forward the advice for improving technique system of forest resource monitoring in China.
