摘要：为给油茶的高产、优质提供理论依据与实践指导,详细介绍了油茶籽中脂肪酸、蛋白质、维生素等品质要素,综述了无性系选择、栽培区域、栽培措施、茶籽外部形态与品质的相关性的相关研究成果,对目前改善油茶籽品质研究存在的问题进行了探讨,并提出了今后的研究方向。
In order to provide theoretical basis and practical guidance for high yield and quality of Camellia oleosa, Qualities of fatty acid, protein and vitamin in Camellia oleosa seeds were introduced. Research progress of clone selection, cultivation area, cultivation measures, outer shape and quality of seed were summarized, problems in improving quality of seed were discussed and future direction was pointed out.
