摘要:松针聚戊烯醇是从松针不皂化的脂溶性物质中提取的长链多萜类化合物,与人体脏器中所含的多萜醇具有相似的生理结构特征,在保护细胞膜、稳定细胞蛋白质和支持人体免疫系统中发挥主要作用,还担当辅酶在多糖合成和蛋白质-碳水化合物新陈代谢中起作用,具有开发成为创新药物的巨大潜能。本文对松针聚戊烯醇的化学结构、提取技术、药用价值及开发应用进行了总结,包括治疗肝脏疾病、阿尔茨海默病、脑缺血、结核病、多发性硬化症、抗病毒活性、降血脂、抗炎活性和保护雄性生育力等药用价值,为我国松针聚戊烯醇产业化开发提供科学参考,促进松针资源的开发利用从传统的粗放型农业产业向现代的高效型生物医药产业转化。
Pine needles polyprenols are long-chain isoprenoid alcohols extracted from unsaponified liposoluble substance of pine needles,which have similar physiological structural characteristics as dolichols in human body organs. They play a major role in protecting cellular membranes,stabilising cell proteins and supporting the body’s immune system. They also act as coenzymes in the synthesis of polysaccharides and in protein-carbohydrate metabolism.Thus,pine needles polyprenols have great value in developing innovative drugs. This paper summarized the chemical structure,extraction technology,medicinal value and development utilization of pine needles polyprenols,including treatment for liver diseases,alzheimer’s disease,cerebral ischemia,tuberculosis,multiple sclerosis,antiviral activity,anti-hyperlipidemia,anti-inflammatory activity and androprotective properties,which provides scientific references for the industrial development of pine needles polyprenols in China,and promote the development and utilization of pine needles from the traditional extensive agriculture industry to the modern efficient biomedicine industry.
