摘要：层板钉合木(nail-laminated timber,NLT)是一种大尺寸板材产品,可用作桥面板、楼屋面板和墙体等承重构件,在欧美地区有一百余年的使用历史。在全球重型木结构快速发展的背景下,层板钉合木迎来新的发展机遇。层板钉合木引入我国的时间不长,相关研究和应用较少。本文全面梳理层板钉合木的技术特点、规范标准和研究应用现状,分析存在的问题,并提出研究方向建议,为我国层板钉合木的研究应用提供参考。
Nail-laminated timber(NLT)is one kind of mass timber/panel products.It has been used as load carrying members such as bridge decks,floors,roofs,walls,etc.,for more than a century in Europe and North America.Application of NLT has undergone resurgence as part of the global modern mass timber movement in the building industry.Having only been introduced into China recently,there is a shortage of research works and application experiences.The characteristics,code provisions and research status related to NLT were comprehensively summarized in this paper.The confronted problems were analyzed and the future research topics were recommended.This work presents a basis for the application of NLT in China.
