摘要: 木质材料的蠕变特性是衡量其能否适用于工程用途的重要指标。本文介绍了一种较为新颖的蠕变测试方法———应变测试法,即将结构用胶合板试件置于恒温恒湿恒定载荷条件下,通过智能应变仪记录受载后的位移,以实现长期的蠕变测定。经2个月的检测,结果表明,杨木结构用胶合板的蠕变曲线基本符合木材的三阶段蠕变理论,其结果真实地反映了材料在恒定外力下的变形情况,为进一步探求结构用胶合板的应用研究打下基础。
A new test method, based on the examination of strain for creep behavior of structural plywood, was presented in this paper. A test experiment on structural Poplar plywood was (conducted) in a box under constant temperature, humidity and load conditions for about two months in order to determine the long-term creep behaviors of samples by using a strain gauge to measure the deflection and a computer to collect the data. The results showed that creep-time curves formed by the data took on a positive slope, which was in accordance with the 3-step creep theory of wood. This study established a base for further research on the creep property of plywood under long-term loads and its structural usage.
