摘要：中国与东盟一直保持着紧密的林业合作关系,为推动区域生态环境保护、促进可持续发展、改善民生作出了积极贡献。其中,森林治理与合法木材贸易领域的合作愈发受到东盟国家的重视,也是我国分享中国治理经验和推动绿色“一带一路”建设的重要抓手。文中对中国与东盟森林治理与合法木材贸易合作的现状、成效和问题进行梳理,基于对中国和东盟开展相关合作的需求分析,对完善相关政策机制建设从而进一步加强合作提出了建议。
China and ASEAN have always maintained close cooperation in forestry,and have made positive contributions to boosting the protection of regional ecological environment,promoting sustainable development,and improving peopled livelihood.The cooperation in the field of forest governance and legal timber trade is increasingly valued by ASEAN countries,which is also a focal point for our country to export China's governance experience and promote the construction of green"Belt and Road".This article reviewed the status,effectiveness and problems of cooperation in forest governance and legal timber trade between China and ASEAN.Based on the analysis of the demand for China and ASEAN to carry out related cooperation,this article put forward suggestions for improving the construction of relevant policy mechanisms to further strengthen cooperation.
