摘要:实验通过采用优级纯以上试剂降低本底,多道程序清洗器皿控制污染,通过控制酸量改善测定铅的信噪比,降低检出限,引入基体改进剂磷酸二氢铵消除基体干扰。优化石墨炉检测条件下,松花粉样品中铅的加入平均回收率达到90%以上。使用标准物质(茶叶GBW10016)对该方法进行了验证,结果表明铅的测定值在标准物质的保证值范围内。该方法能够推广至准确测定花粉类植物性保健品中铅含量。
The experimental conditions of graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry were optimized by several means, such as the selection of guaranteed reagent to reduce background, the use of multiple cleaning of glass ware to control pollute, the control of acid content to ensure sensitivity, and the adoption of NH4H2PO4 as the matrix modifier to clear up matric interference. Under the optimized conditions, a Pb recovery of up to 90~ was obtained. The method was applied to the determination of Pb in a certified reference material (tea leaves GBW 10016) and the results obtained agreed well with the certified value. The method could potentially be used in the determination of Pb in pine pollen samples.
