摘要:利用在室温下分别经过浓度为0、150、300、450、600 mg/L的抗坏血酸溶液浸泡12、24、48 h的玛咖陈种子进行发芽试验,研究了抗坏血酸对玛咖陈种子萌发的影响。结果表明:不同浸种浓度处理下,300 mg/L抗坏血酸处理的玛咖陈种子发芽率最高。3个浸种时间处理下,玛咖陈种子的发芽率以浸种48 h最高。浸种时间与浸种浓度间存在显著交互作用。玛咖陈种子在浓度为300 mg/L的抗坏血酸溶液中浸种48 h后的发芽率、苗长、鲜干比、发芽指数和活力指数均显著高于对照(p<0.05)。
A germination test of old maca seeds treated with 0,150,300,450,600 mg/L concentrations of L-ascorbic acid under 12,24,48 h was separately conducted to study the effects of L-ascorbic acid on the seed germination of old maca seeds. The results showed that the seeds treated with 300 mg/L had the highest germination rate among the five concentration treatments. And the germination rate of seeds immersed under 48 h was the highest among the three time treatments. Interaction between concentration of L-ascorbic acid and soaking time were significant. The germination percentages, seedling length, ratio of fresh weight to dry weight, germination index and vigor index treated with 300 mg/L concentration of L-ascorbic acid soaking with 48 h were significantly higher than in ck ( p 〈 0.05 ).
