摘要:采用全面踏查、定点跟踪观测和室内培养等方法,调查评估微红梢斑螟(Dioryctria rubella)对广西马尾松(Pinus massoniana)种子园1年生幼果、2年生球果和当年生嫩枝的危害情况,记录该虫的生活习性和危害特征,掌握其在南亚热带地区的活动规律,为开展有效的防治措施提供科学依据。结果表明,微红梢斑螟在南亚热带地区1年发生3~4代;3—10月,1年生幼果损失率为70.8%,虫害率为31.4%~58.2%;2年生球果损失率为64.2%,虫害率为34.3%~59.6%;3月下旬—6月中旬,当年生嫩枝总体虫害率为21.3%。微红梢斑螟对种子园的综合危害率高达54.9%~83.1%。2月中旬—5月下旬是开展微红梢斑螟防治的最关键时期,应重点针对幼虫、蛹、成虫和卵各发育阶段的特点适时开展化学、物理和生物等综合防治措施。
Damage of Dioryctria rubella on 1-year-old to 2-year-old cones and current-year twigs of Pinus mas?soniana in seed orchard were investigated by comprehensive on-site survey,spot-tracking and indoor culture.Living habits and damage characteristics of D.rubella were recorded to understand activity regulary in south sub?tropical area and to provide scientific reference for effective prevention and treatments.Results showed that D.rubella had 3-4 generations in one year in south subtropical area.From March to October,loss rate of 1-yearold cones was 70.8%with pest rate 31.4%-58.2%;loss rate of 2-year-old cones was 64.2%with pest rate 34.3%-59.6%.Overall pest rate of current-year twigs was 21.3%from late March to mid-June.Comprehen?sive damage rate of D.rubella to P.massoniana seed orchard was 54.9%-83.1%.The most critical time for pest control was from mid-February to late May,and chemical,physical and biological control measures should be carried out according to characteristics of larval,pupal,adult and eggs stages.
