摘要:通过碱催化桐油与甲醇的反应合成桐油脂肪酸甲酯,GC-MS测定桐油中桐油酸含量约为70.87%,计算得分子量为873.71;优化工艺为:m(桐油):m(甲醇)=100:27,催化剂用量1%(占油脂质量),水浴70℃下反应90 min时转化率达98.64%;通过动力学研究得出桐油甲酯化的活化能Ea=28.26 k J·mol^(-1)。
Using alkaline as catalysis, methyl eleostearate was synthesized by trans-esterification of methyl alcohol and tung oil. The main fatty acids in tung oil were identified using GC-MS, the contents of eleostearie acid was 70.87%. The optimal synthesis conditions were as following: raw material mass ratio of methyl eleostearateto earbinol was 100:27; dosage of catalyst was 1% of methyl eleostearate, reaction temperature was of 70℃, reaction time was of 90 min. A typical conversion rate of tung oil reached 98.64%; the activation energy was of 28.26 kJ·mol^-1.
