摘要:本文主要介绍了麦秸板板坯的传热速率、国产胶与进口胶的性能差异 ;分析了不同施胶量、麦秸碎料增湿方式以及表、芯层不同施胶方法对麦秸板性能的影响 ;脲醛胶与 MDI混合施胶效果评价等。研究结果表明 :国产胶与进口胶的胶合性能相近 ,在总施胶量不变的情况下 。
This paper is mainly focused on the study as follows: the different performance of methane diisocyanate (MDI) from abroad and domestic; influences of glue dosage and particle's moisture on properties of wheat straw homogeneous board; effect's appraise of the mixture of urea formaldehyde (UF) and MDI. The results showed that the use of MDI of imported or local made had no notable difference on board properties, the change of glue dosage in core layer and face layer had a remarkable influence on internal bond of board when the total glue dosage kept no change.
