摘要:对单叶省藤组织培养中影响不定根诱导的因素进行研究,以解决单叶省藤生根率低的问题。以增殖培养10代的单叶省藤组培苗为材料,研究培养基中的离子浓度、生长调节剂的种类和浓度、活性炭及剪切方式对根系诱导的作用。结果表明:培养基中的大量元素、活性炭及NAA的浓度变化对单叶省藤组培苗的生根率有极显著影响;组培苗的剪切方式对生根率也有显著影响;最适生根培养基为1/2MS大量元素+NAA0.5 mg/L+糖20 g/L。
To raising rooting rate, factors influencing root induction in rapid propagation of Calamus simplicifolius C. F. Wei. were studied. With the shoots from ten subculture as materials, the effect of macroelement concentration, plant growth regulators types and concentration, AC (activated charcoal) and cutting method on root induction were studied. The results indicated that maeroelement, AC (activated charcoal), NAA and cutting method had significant effect on root induction. The optimal rooting medium was 1/2MS maeroelement+ NAA 0.5 mg/L+ sucrose 20 g/L.
