摘要：在介绍经济转型国家国有林林权改革趋势的基础上,分析了经济转型国家在改革过程中国有林经营理念、经营主体、管理体制以及国有森工企业管理体制所发生的变化,最后总结了经济转型国家国有林林权制度改革值得借鉴的4条经验:渐进式是改革方式,不完全私有化是改革道路,完善配套措施是改革保障,推进国有森工企业管理体制转变是改革重点。
Based on introducing the trend of state-owned forest tenure reform in economic transition countries, the paper analyzed the change of state-owned forest management thought, management body, management system and that of state-owned forest industry management system during the process of reform. In the end, 4 worthy experiences were obtained to learn for China ： stepwise reform as mode, incomplete privatisation as the path of reform, improved supporting measures as guarantee and pushing the transition of state-owned forest industry management system as the key of the reform.
