摘要：价值链分析(VCA)是一个组织维持竞争优势和获取核心竞争力的重要而强大的分析方法,近20 a来已被许多组织用于战略性计划的制订。这一工具正式用于竹业是2006年前后,但类似的分析框架可以追溯到1995年国际竹藤组织(INBAR)在世界范围内启动的一项名为"竹藤生产—消费系统:一个评价发展选项的框架"的研究项目(简称PCS项目)。本文将系统地总结了INBAR的PCS项目研究结果和近几年在世界范围内开展的竹业VCA的案例研究。文章同时也指出,虽然中国是世界上竹业最发达的国家,但业内人士对价值链分析知之甚少,也没有相关的案例研究。中国应该重视对竹业的产业价值链分析工作,以便维持现有的竞争优势,同时在全球市场上获得更为有利的地位。
Value chain analysis（VCA） is an important and powerful tool for an organization to sustain competitive advantages and gain core competency.It has been used for the strategic planning of many organizations in the last two decades.It was officially used in bamboo industry around 2006,but a similar framework might date back to 1995 when the International Network for Bamboo and Rattan（INBAR） initiated a worldwide study entitled ＂Bamboo and Rattan Production-to-Consumption Systems（PCS）： A Framework for Assessing Development Option.＂ This paper reviewed all the results of INBAR′s PCS studies and some examples of VCA in the bamboo sector available to the public in recent years.It was pointed out that in the sector of bamboo industry in China little was known about VCA and there existed few VCA case studies,even though China is the most developed country in terms of bamboo industry development.Therefore,more attention should be paid to the industry′s VCA in order to sustain competitive advantages and gain a more effective status within global market.
