摘要:【目的】了解米老排叶片重要组分的变化规律,为木本饲用资源的挖掘利用提供科学依据。【方法】以广东省郁南林场米老排种源家系试验林中筛选的7株优树为研究对象,采集优树嫩叶与老叶,测定叶片甾酮、单宁、总黄酮、粗蛋白等活性物质与营养组分的含量,通过方差分析评估不同优树叶片类型、采样季节以及它们的交互作用对叶片成分的影响,同时利用熵权TOPSIS模型筛选出叶片饲用价值相对高的米老排优良单株。【结果】(1)米老排优树叶片甾酮、单宁、总黄酮、粗蛋白含量变化幅度分别为4.28~23.75、14.39~51.97、11.95~35.85、86.86~150.62 g·kg^(-1),且受不同叶片类型、采样季节以及它们的交互作用显著影响;(2)老叶片甾酮、单宁、总黄酮、粗蛋白的含量显著高于嫩叶;(3)米老排叶片单宁、粗蛋白含量分别在秋季、春季较高;(4)优树P2、P7、P1在单株生物量、叶片饲用价值等方面的表现相对最好。【结论】米老排叶片适宜作为家禽饲料或饲料添加剂,在开发木本饲料时应统筹考虑不同种质、叶片类型与采集时间等因素。
【Objective】To understand the change in important components of Mytilaria laosensis leaves and provide a scientific basis for strengthening the exploration and utilization of woody feed resources.【Method】Seven superior trees from the Mytilaria laosensis provenance and family trial forest in Yunan Forest Farm,Guangdong province were selected as research objects.In April and August 2024,young and old leaves were collected from these trees to determine the contents of sterols,tannins,total flavonoids,and crude protein in the leaves.The effects of different individuals,leaf types,sampling seasons,and their interactions on the leaf components of M.laosensis were evaluated by variance analysis.Meanwhile,the entropy weight TOPSIS model was used to screen out M.laosensis plus trees with relatively high feeding value.【Result】(1)The contents of sterols,tannins,total flavonoids,and crude protein in the leaves of superior M.laosensis trees ranged from 4.28 to 23.75,14.39 to 51.97,11.95 to 35.85,and 86.86 to 150.62 g·kg^(-1),respectively,and were significantly affected by different individuals,leaf types,sampling seasons,and their interactions.(2)The contents of sterols,tannins,total flavonoids,and crude protein in old leaves were significantly higher than those in young leaves.(3)The contents of tannins and crude protein in M.laosensis leaves were higher in autumn and spring,respectively.(4)The comprehensive evaluation by the entropy weight TOPSIS model indicated that the performance of P2,P7 and P1 plus trees was relatively the best in terms of biomass and leaf feeding value.【Conclusion】M.laosensis leaves are suitable for developing poultry feed or feed additives,and factors such as different germplasm,leaf types,and harvesting time should be considered comprehensively when developing woody forage.
