摘要：为评估食用林产品质量安全监管工作成效,由国家林业和草原局科学技术司和中国林业科学研究院等单位组成的调研组,采用实地调研、召开专家座谈会相结合的方法,于2019年8月对福建省和江西省的食用林产品质量安全监管工作进行了调研。文中根据调研结果评估了福建和江西省相关地区食用林产品质量安全监管工作成效,分析当前我国食用林产品质量安全监管工作面临的新形势、新任务、新要求,以及现存的主要问题;并在此基础上,提出食用林产品质量安全监管的对策。
In order to evaluate the effectiveness of the work of quality and safety supervision of edible forest products,the research group was composed of the experts from Department of Science and Technology of National Forestry and Grassland Administration and the Chinese Academy of Forestry.The expert team adopted a combination of research and expert discussions to conduct research on the quality and safety supervision of edible forest products in Fujian Province and Jiangxi Province in August 2019.Based on the survey results,this paper evaluated the effectiveness of edible forest product quality and safety supervision in relevant areas of Fujian and Jiangxi Province,and analyzed the new situation,new tasks,new requirements and existing main problems of edible forest product quality and safety supervision in China.On the basis,the countermeasures of edible forese product quality and safety supervision were put forward.
