摘要：随着生态公益林管护员的不断增多和管护业务的不断变化,传统手工管理无法实现图形数据和属性数据的集成管理、查询和统计等,数据录入比较费时,因此开发基于GIS的生态公益林管护系统变得很有必要。在对不同管理层次生态公益林管护的日常流程调研和分析的基础上,对系统的技术路线、模块功能、软硬件开发环境等分别进行了设计和开发,建立一个结合地理信息系统的管护信息系统,从而实现管护的可视化,高效化。
With increasing of the ecological non-commercial forest administrator and the variation of its service, the traditional manual management can＇t implement the integration management, inquiring, counting of figure data and attribute data, and taking much time when recording the data, so it is necessary to develop the ecological non-commercial forest management information system which based on GIS. Designing and developing the technical route, module function, the software and hardware development of the system, establishing a management information system junction with geographic information system, on the bases of different management levels the ecological non-commercial forest daily process researching and analysing, in order to implement the visualization and highly efficient of the management.
