摘要:Land desertification is the world's most serious environmental problems. As the only country which regularly carried out state-level desertification and sandification monitoring in the world, China had fulfilled out four consecutive desertification and sandification monitoring and accumulated a mass of historical and current trend data resources to develop a certain amount of desertification and sandification land management policies and measures. However, research on the desertification and sandification monitoring and management informatization framework has not been launched. Therefore, aiming at the characteristics of the desertification and sandification monitoring information flow in China and combining with the actual needs of the IT management and business applications, a framework on the desertification and sandification monitoring and management informatization was designed. Moreover, an integrated comprehensive spatial and temporal database based on the geodatabase model was constructed by utilizing the third and fourth desertification and sandification monitoring data. Meanwhile, a desertification and sandification monitoring information service system which fused C/S and B/S architecture and integrated 2D and 3D system was implemented as a science, efficient and practical information platform for national, provincial, county, and other monitoring and management departments. And then, based on the actual verification of the informatization framework and the combination of new technologies and environment, such as 3S, the internet of things and cloud computing, six related suggestions and ideas on the multilevel and multi-scale comprehensive informatization of the desertification and sandification monitoring were proposed.
