摘要:生物基聚酯增塑剂是一种具有迁移性小、耐高温、不容易被水和溶剂抽出的高分子增塑剂,并且具有无毒环保、可生物降解及原料可再生等特点。文中以生物甘油基聚酯增塑剂和蓖麻油基聚酯增塑剂为例,系统地综述了2种生物基聚酯增塑剂的原料来源、制备方法、性能及研究应用进展,并指出生物基聚酯增塑剂是未来增塑剂行业发展的必然趋势。
Polyester plasticizer is a high molecular plasticizer,which has a small mobility,thermostability and is not easy to be extracted by water and solvent.It is a non-toxic environmentally friendly,biodegradable and renewable raw material.The source of raw materials,preparation methods,performance and application of castor oil-base polyester plasticizer and glycerol based polyester plasticizer were reviewed in the paper,and it was pointed out that the bio based polyester plasticizer is an inevitable trend of the future development of plasticizer industry.
