摘要：石斛作为我国“九大仙草”之首,发展势头迅猛,种植面积居草本中药材第21名,已成为我国的大宗药材。发布我国石斛产业最新数据,对目前我国石斛种质资源进行系统梳理,概括分析石斛产业发展脉络和历程,梳理与石斛产业发展息息相关的药食同源、新资源食品等政策,为后期石斛产业的发展和产品开发提供参考。我国共有石斛野生资源92种,石斛产业种植总面积达45.4万亩(1亩≈666.67 m2),综合产值逾500亿元。石斛种植面积较大的省份有云南、贵州、浙江等,石斛主产区为云南德宏、保山,浙江乐清,安徽霍山,贵州赤水、安龙、锦屏等。药用石斛种类主要为铁皮石斛、金钗石斛、霍山石斛、紫皮石斛等。
Dendrobium, as a genus of precious medicinal plants in China, has a strong momentum of development.With the planting area ranking the 21st among Chinese medicinal herbs, It is becoming one of the bulk medicinal herbs in China. This paper reported the latest data of Dendrobium industry in China, systematically reviewed the current Dendrobium germplasm resources in China, summarized the development process of Dendrobium industry, and expounded the policies associated with the Dendrobium plants with both edible and medicinal values and the food of new origins. This paper provides a basis for the future development of Dendrobium industry. There are 92 species of wild Dendrobium resources in China, with a total planting area of 0.454 million Mu(1 Mu≈666.67 m2) and a comprehensive output value of more than 50billion yuan. The provinces with large planting area of Dendrobium are Yunnan, Guizhou, Zhejiang, etc. The main production areas of Dendrobium are Dehong and Baoshan in Yunnan, Yueqing in Zhejiang, Huoshan in Anhui, and Chishui,Anlong, and Jinping in Guizhou. The medicinal species of Dendrobium mainly include D. officinale, D. nobile, D.huoshanense, and D. devonianum.
