摘要：江苏省产业技术研究院是伴随着新兴产业发展、经济结构转型应运而生的新型研发组织,由总院和专业性研究所组成。文章主要介绍了专业性研究所建设的基本概况、业务发展情况和改革进展,分析了其存在的问题,并针对问题探讨对策。
Jiangsu industrial technology research institute is a new research and development organization along with the development of emerging industries and structural transformation of the economy,which is consisted of headquarters and professional research institutes.This paper mainly introduced the basic situation of institutes construction, progresses on their business development and reform,analyzed the existing problems and prospected the next work,for deepening the reform of the scientific and technological system of Jiangsu province.
