摘要:以杨木单板、低密度聚乙烯制备木塑复合胶合板为研究对象,采用正交试验L(934)系统分析了热压温度、热压时间和塑料加入量等热压复合因子对胶合性能的影响。采用方差与极差方法进行试验分析,结果显示在试验选定的因子水平下,热压温度和热压时间对胶合强度影响不显著,塑料加入量对胶合强度影响非常显著,胶合强度随塑料加入量的增加而增加。筛选出最佳工艺复合因子:热压温度140℃、热压时间3min、塑料加入量0.34Kg/m2,采用此工艺条件制备的胶合板进行性能验证,其胶合强度大大高于胶合板国家标准中Ⅱ类胶合板的性能要求。
In order to study the influence of hot-press process factors on the bond strength, Poplar veneers and low- density polyethylene were made into wood/plastic composite plywood in this paper. Using L9 (3^4)orthogonal experiment system, the effects of hot-press temperature, hot-press time and the amount of plastic on the bond strength were studied respectively by analysis of variance and extreme difference. The results indicated: hot-press temperature and hot-press time had no significant influence on the bond strength in the range of selected level, while the amount of plastic was super significant factor of the bond performance. The bond strength would increase along with the amount of plastic going up. The optimum hot-press composite factors were confirmed as follows: hot-press temperature 140℃, hot-press time 3min, the amount of plastic 0.34 Kg/m2. The bond strength of wood/plastic composite plywood made by this optimum process was much higher than the requirement of Ⅱ type plywood of GB standard.
