摘要:研究了尾巨桉原料进行预水解硫酸盐法制浆过程中,预水解段对物料化学组分、水解液性质、水解液资源化利用及后续制浆的影响。研究结果表明:预水解段的温度和保温时间对原料水解后的化学组分及水解液的性质有较大影响。尾巨桉预水解较为适宜的水解条件为温度165℃左右,保温时间60—90min,水解液中主要成分为木糖和低聚木糖。在采气速度15mL·min-1、糖浓度17.8g·L-1、温度180℃、硫酸浓度为0.25%的条件下制备糠醛,糠醛收率可达到71.89%。尾巨桉经过预水解,可以较大幅度降低后续制浆过程中蒸煮及漂白化学品的消耗。
This study examined the effect of prehydrolysis on the chemical composition, hydrolysate proper- ties, hydrolysate resource utilization and the subsequent pulping process of Eucalyptus urophylla x E. grand/s. The results showed that temperature and time of the pre - hydrolysis had a great impact on the mate- rial chemical composition and hydrolysate properties. The main products in hydrolysate were xylose and xy- 1o - oligosaccharide hexulesonic when pre - hydrolysed at 165 ℃ for 60- 90 min. The process of producing furfural from hydrolysate was examined, and the yield of furfural reached 71.9% at the optimized conditions of 15 mL·min -1 gas recovery rate, 17.8 g ·L -1 of sugar concentration, and 0.25 % of sulfuric acid concen- tration at 180℃. There was a significant reduction in the chemical consumption of pulping and cooking pro- cess according to pre - hydrolysis.
