摘要：以云南省保山市腾冲县采集的云南山茶为试验材料,对RAPD-PCR反应中退火温度、模板浓度、Mg2+浓度与dNTP浓度几个因素进行分析,初步探索构建稳定反应体系的关键因素以及一些因素之间的相互制约关系,从而为人们应用RAPD分子标记提供参考.
The research on the stability of RAPD is done with the material getting from Tengchong.In order to study the factors affecting the stability of RAPD,the anneal temperature,the concentration of DNA,Mg2 + and dNTP are analyzed.The results show the important factors and how they affect each other.These will provide ref-erence for further research.
