摘要:网络课程打破了时空限制,实现了教育资源的共享和优化配置。对林草网络课程需求进行调查分析,对于加强林草网络课程建设、助力林草人才培养、促进林草科技成果转化具有重要现实意义。文中分析林草网络课程建设的成效与挑战,基于林草系统从业人员调查问卷数据,分析林草网络课程的需求特征,主要结论包括:一是从业人员表现出显著的高强度实用导向的学习动机,97.34%的受访者有学习诉求,核心驱动因素为提升专业技能和解决实际问题;二是在专业技能培训方面,从业人员的需求呈现鲜明的实践导向特征,主要集中在森林和草原防火、森林可持续经营、林草科技成果转化等领域;三是受访者普遍对课程设计优化提出了多维度的诉求,尤其强调课程的实用性、前沿性和生动性。基于此,为进一步优化课程体系和创新教学模式,加速林草科技成果转化及人才培养,提出以下4方面建议:1)精准对接基层需求,开发针对性强的课程内容;2)构建多维度分层课程体系,优化课程内容、提升广度和深度;3)利用现代信息技术创新学习模式,提高学习自主性和有效性;4)多元协同整合资源,推动课程辐射推广。
Online courses,which break spatial and temporal limitations,enable the sharing and optimal allocation of educational resources.The analysis of the demand for online forestry and grassland courses holds practical significance for strengthening course development,promoting talent cultivation,and facilitating the transformation of technological achievements.This paper examines the achievements and challenges in the development of online forestry and grassland courses,and analyzes the characteristics of the demand for the courses based on a questionnaire survey among practitioners in the forestry and grassland sector.The main conclusions include:1)High-intensity,utility-oriented learning motivation is obviously observed among the respondents,and 97.34%of them exhibit the needs for learning,with the core drivers being professional skill enhancement and practical problem solving;2)In terms of professional skill training,the demand is practice-oriented,and concentrated in fields like fire prevention and control,sustainable forest management and technological achievement transformation;and 3)Respondents have the widespread calling for multi-dimensional course design and optimization,with the focus on course practicality,topicality,and engagement.Accordingly,in order to further optimize course system and teaching models and thus accelerate the transformation of technological achievements and talent cultivation,this paper proposes the following recommendations:1)Well connected with the needs of the grassroots to develop targeted courses;2)Constructing a multi-dimensional and tiered curriculum system to expand course content,breadth,and depth;3)Leveraging modern information technology to innovate learning models for improved learning autonomy and effectiveness;and 4)Integrating resources through multi-party collaboration to advance course dissemination and promotion.The conclusions and countermeasures presented in this study based on the actual needs of practitioners is of practical significance for cultivating talent.
