摘要:综述了植物油作为可再生原料在聚氨酯泡沫制备方面的应用,重点介绍了植物油改性制备多元醇的方法及其后制备聚氨酯泡沫的研究进展。植物油改性方法涉及环氧羟基化、酯交换、加氢甲酰化、酰胺化及臭氧分解等,制得的植物油基聚氨酯泡沫环境友好,力学性能和热性能与石油基聚氨酯泡沫相当,针对其易燃问题,总结了提高其阻燃性的方法。
The applications of vegetable oils as renewable raw materials in the synthesis of polyurethane foams were reviewed. The methods of preparing polyols by modification of vegetable oils and the research progress in preparation of polyurethane foams with these polyols were introduced in detail. The vegetable oil modification methods involved epoxidation and hydroxylation,transesterification,hydroformylation,amidation and ozonolysis. The obtained vegetable oil-based polyurethane foams were environmentally friendly,and their mechanical properties and thermal properties were comparable to those of petroleum-based polyurethane foams. For the flammability issues,the ways to improve their flame retardant were summed up.
