摘要：分别从扦插、嫁接、组织培养等无性繁殖技术 ,无性繁殖的生理基础 ,无性繁殖在无性系林业、品种识别、遗传工程上的应用等方面 ,总结了国内外林木无性繁殖的研究进展 ,并指出林木无性繁殖存在的问题和发展潜力。
The current advances in vegetative propagation of trees in the world were summarized from the aspect of techniques of vegetative propagation, including cuttage, grafting and tissue culture, and so on. The physiological fundamentals and application of tree asexual propagation, such as application in clonal forestry, distinguishing variety, genetic engineering, were discussed. The problems and prospects for developing forestry vegetative propagation were put forward.
