摘要:皂荚种子经浓硫酸(H2SO4,比重1.84)处理2h后,种子发芽率为94.3%,比对照提高了88.2%。破壳处理使皂荚种子的平均发芽率提高13.61倍,平均发芽时间缩短16.53d,发芽速率系数提高2.41倍。试验表明,皂荚种子用浓硫酸(H2SO4,比重1.84)处理2h适宜用作生产上的催芽。
The germination rate of Gleditsia sinensis seed was 94.3% which was increased by 88.2% than control after the treatment by concentrated H2SO4 for two hours. Another treatment was breaking skin which induced 13.61 folds' increases in germination rate, 2.41 folds' increase in coefficient of germinating speed and 16.53 days' decrease in mean germinating days. It suggested that treatment by concentrated H2SO4 for two hours was a suitable method for forced seed germination in forestry practice.
