摘要:以阻燃中密度纤维板(FR-MDF)为面板、发泡水泥板为芯板,制备阻燃发泡水泥复合板,研究其制备工艺及面板对复合板力学性能的增强作用。结果表明:1)较优工艺参数为:芯板密度0.38g/cm3,聚氨酯发泡胶涂胶量90 g/m2,可保证复合板的耐水性能及胶合强度达到DB 21/T 2353-2014《泡沫混凝土板隔墙系统技术规程》要求;2)FR-MDF贴面可全面增强发泡水泥板的侧压强度、抗弯强度、冲击韧性。
A composite board made with fire-retardant medium density fiberboard(FR-MDF) as face layer and foamed cement as core layer was prepared by the authors. The effects of overlayingtechnology and the FR-MDFlayer on mechanical properties of the composite board were evaluated. The results showed that: 1) When density of the core material was 0.38 g/cm3 and polyurethane foam adhesive consumption was 90 g/m2, the bonding strength of the composite board could meet the requirements of DB 21/T 2353-2014; 2) Overlaying with FR-MDF could improve the overall mechanical properties of the board, including edgewise compressive strength, flexural strength and impact strength.
