摘要:以1年生海滨木槿(Hibiscus hamabo)扦插苗为材料,采用"双套盆法",研究了高盐度海水和低盐度地表水及其不同持续时间的水淹胁迫对海滨木槿叶片叶绿素含量、电解质渗出率、丙二醛(MDA)含量、脯氨酸含量、SOD和POD活性的影响。结果表明:水淹胁迫下,海滨木槿叶片中的叶绿素含量降低;脯氨酸含量、MDA含量和SOD活性先升高后降低;电导率、POD活性持续升高,到胁迫的第26天,低盐度地表水胁迫下各处理的POD活性分别高出对照的150%、180%;胁迫解除后20 d,各处理的恢复能力表现为低盐度地表水>高盐度海水,与海水胁迫相比,地表水胁迫下植物叶片的SOD和POD活性较高,持续时间长,海滨木槿的受害程度小,说明海滨木槿对研究区低盐度地表水胁迫具有一定的耐受力。
Experiments were implemented on physiological and biochemical properties of 1-year Hibiscus hamabo cuttings under seawater and river water logging treatments.The results indicated that under water logging treatment,chlorophyll content of the tested seedlings decreased,while proline,malondialdehyde content and the activity of superoxide dismutase increased at beginning and decreased later along with water logging duration,and the electric conductivity and the activity of peroxidase increased.Recovery capability of tested seedlings 20 days later was as follows:river water logging > seawater logging.The experiment demonstrated that H.hamabo was more resistant to river water stress than to seawater stress.
