摘要：粉末涂料静电喷涂技术在木质家居产品中逐步推广应用,其喷涂饰面的定制衣柜、橱柜、墙板等产品受到消费者青睐。本文归纳总结了粉末涂料静电喷涂工艺流程、粉末涂料特性以及粉末涂料静电喷涂对木质基材的性能要求,提出了粉末涂料静电喷涂技术在木质家居产品领域进一步推广应用的建议。
In recent years, the powder electrostatic spraying technology has been gradually popularized and applied in wooden household products. Customized wardrobe, cabinet and other products coated with powder electrostatic spraying technology have been widely favored by consumers. The process flow of powder electrostatic spraying, characteristics of powder coatings and base material were summarized. The suggestions on the further promotion and application of powder electrostatic spraying technology in the wooden household products industry were put forward.
