摘要:利用天然手性环状萜烯化合物资源中松脂的高沸点组分,通过反应分离方法,得到高纯度的长叶烯、异长叶烯、β-石竹烯醇和枞酸,其样品纯度使用GC、HPLC测定分别是95.12%、98.37%、99.75%、99.15%,分离得率基本达到80%以上。分离产物通过1HNMR、MS、IR测定分析进行了表征。
The natural chiral cyclic terpenoid compounds,such as longifolene,isolongifolene,β-caryphyllenol,and abietic acid,were obtained from high boiling components of rosin via reaction and separation processes.The purity of longifolene,isolongifolene,β-caryphyllenol,and abietic acid was 95.12%,98.37%,99.75%,and 99.15%,respectively,as determined by GC and HPLC.The product yield after separation was over 80%.The products were characterized by ^1HNMR,MS,and IR spectroscopies.
