摘要:以流动沙丘为对照,通过对3、5、10、]6和30 a生的中间锦鸡儿人工林根系和林下土壤进行研究,揭示人工林根系分布及林下土壤理化性质变化特征。对林下0~80 cm土层的根系和土壤分别进行采集,并用EPSON 10000XL扫描仪和WINRHIZ0系统对根长(L)、表面积(S)和生物量(B)进行测定分析,同时测定土壤容重和有机质以及氮、磷、钾等养分含量。研究结果表明:人工林根系主要分布于0~40 cm土层,根系L、S和B随林龄增大而增大,且随土层加深而减小,其分布与土壤性质密切相关。相对于流动沙丘,3 a和5 a生人工林土壤理化性质变化不明显,但随着林龄增大,林下土壤性质发生明显变化。16 a和30 a生人工林下土壤容重明显减小,分别与L、S和B呈显著负相关(P<0.05);土壤有机质和全氮含量明显增加,尤其在根系大量分布的浅层土壤大幅增加,分别与L、S和B呈显著正相关(P<0.05);而土壤全磷和全钾增加不明显,分别与L、S和B相关性不显著。3种径级(细、中、粗)根系中,细根和中根的L、S与土壤容重呈极显著负相关(P<0.01),与有机质呈极显著正相关,粗根的L、S和B与全氮呈极显著正相关(P<0.01)。由此可见,中间锦鸡儿人工林随着生长年限的增加,有利于林下土壤结构优化和养分的增加。
Take the moving sand dunes as control,the Caragana(C.)intermedia plantations for 3,5,10,16 and 30 years were selected to analyze the root distribution and soil properties and to reveal their changes with the ages of stand.The root and soil samples at the 0-80 cm soil depths under the C.intermedia plantations were collected respectively.The EPSON 10000XL scanner and WINRHIZO root system were used to analyze the root length(L),surface area(S)afld biomass(B).Soil bulk density and the contents of soil organic matter(SOM),total nitrogen(TN),total phosphorus(TP),and total potassium(TK)at each depth were determined.The results showed that the roots of C.intermedia plantations were mainly distributed in 0-40 cm soil depth.The L,S and B of roots increased with the plantation stand ages and decreased with soil depths.The root distribution of C.intermedia plantations was closely related to the soil properties.Compared to the soil of the moving sand dunes,the soil properties in the plantations for 3 and 5 years had no significant change.The soil bulk density in the plantations for 16 and 30 years decreased significantly(P<0.05),and the L,S and B of roots were significantly(P<0.05)negatively correlated with soil bulk density.The contents of SOM and TN increased significantly(P<0.05),especially in the less soil depth with a large amount of root.The L,S and B of roots were significantly(P<0.05)positively correlated with SOM and TN,and poor correlation with TP and TK.The L and S of fine and medium roots were significantly(P<0.01)negatively correlated with soil bulk density and significantly positively correlated with SOM.The C.intermedia plantations with years is conducive to the optimization of the soil structure and increase of SOM and soil nutrients.
