摘要：采用问卷形式对林业科技期刊编辑职业素养进行调查,包括专业素质、品格素质和心理素质3个一级指标及专业知识、专业技能、思想道德、工作态度、认知能力和适应能力6个二级指标,获得有效问卷220份并用于分析,旨在为培养编辑人才提供参考。结果发现,林业科技期刊编辑学科专业知识优势突出,出版专业知识有所欠缺。编校能力、版面设计能力和信息处理及应用能力水平较高,新媒体技术应用能力较差。总体品德端正,但在担当和进取方面需加强。心理素质处于较理想状态。对编辑知识、技能和必备工具3项显性能力进行Pearson相关分析,结果显示各指标之间呈显著(P<0.05)或极显著(P<0.01)正相关,表明编辑显性能力是相辅相成的。结合调查结果,提出了进一步提升林业科技期刊编辑职业素养的建议。
A survey was conducted using questionnaires to assess the professional qualities of editors of forestry science and technology journals.The survey covered three primary indicators—professional competence,moral character,and psychological quality,as well as six secondary indicators—professional knowledge,professional skills,ideological and moral standards,work attitude,cognitive ability,and adaptability.A total of 220 valid questionnaires were collected and analyzed to provide references for cultivating editorial talent.The results indicate that editors of forestry science and technology journals excel in subject-specific knowledge but lack expertise in publishing.They demonstrate strong editing and proofreading skills,layout design abilities,and information processing and application capabilities,but are relatively weak in the application of new media technologies.Overall,their moral character is upright,but they need to improve in terms of responsibility and initiative.Their psychological quality is in a relatively ideal state.A Pearson correlation analysis was conducted on the three explicit capabilities of editorial knowledge,skills,and essential tools.The results showed significant(P<0.05)or highly significant(P<0.01)positive correlations among the indicators,suggesting that these explicit capabilities complement each other.Based on the survey results,suggestions are proposed for further enhancing the professional qualities of editors of forestry science and technology journals.
