摘要:【目的】吉林省保护经营局天然林保护工程实施以后,由最初的单一采伐经营转变为以保护天然林资源为主,加强森林资源培育与保护的同时积极开发林下资源,适度发展种植业、养殖业和林副产品加工业,量化吉林省保护经营局自天保工程实施以来生态系统服务的动态变化。【方法】基于2000年底和2015年底,吉林省保护经营局森林资源二类调查数据和森林生态定位站长期监测数据,利用森林生态系统服务的全指标体系连续观测与清查体系(简称森林生态连清),对该区森林生态系统的固碳释氧、涵养水源、保育土壤、林木积累营养物质、净化大气环境、生物多样性保护等6项功能服务进行评估,量化揭示了吉林省保护经营局天保工程生态系统服务的动态变化。【结果】在天保工程实施后,研究区天然林生态系统服务价值量增加79.99×亿元·a^(-1),6项服务的价值量贡献,从大到小的顺序为:生物多样性保护>涵养水源>保育土壤>净化大气环境>固碳释氧>林木积累营养物质,其中,保育土壤功能的生态系统服务价值量增加量最大,占总增加量的29%;涵养水源次之,占总增加量的25%。【结论】生物多样性保护和涵养水源2项服务的价值量比例超过50%,为生态系统服务主导功能。该研究为天然林保护工程的后期工作开展提供借鉴和参考,为天然林的经营管理提供更多的科学依据。
【Objective】After nature forest protection project,the Protection and Management Bureau of the Jilin Province has transformed the initial single harvesting operation into protecting natural forest resources,strengthening the cultivation and protection of forest resources,actively developing the resources,and appropriately developing planting,aquaculture and forest by-product processing industries. The dynamic changes of ecosystem services since the implementation of the nature forest protection project by the Protection and Management Bureau of Jilin province.【Method】Based on forest resource inventory data and the field measurement database of long-term observation data in protection and management bureau of Jilin Province by the end of 2000 and 2015,the continuous observation and periodical inventory of complete index system of forest ecosystem services(known as forest ecology continuous investigation)were applied to assess six services,including water conservation,soil conservation,carbon fixation and oxygen release,trees’ nutrient accumulation,atmosphere purification,biodiversity conservation,and their characteristics were analyzed to quantify and reveal the dynamic changes of the ecological benefits of the Natural Forest Protection Project in the Protection and Management Bureau of Jilin Province.【Result】After the implementation of natural forest protection project,the results showed that the total value of natural forest ecosystem services of Protection and Management Bureau of Jilin Province increased by 7.99 billion·a-1. The order of values of the six service functions were:biodiversity conservation,water conservation,soil conservation,atmosphere purifi cation,trees’ nutrient accumulation. The growth rate of soil conservation value was the largest,and water conservation was the second,which account for 29% and 25%,respectively.【Conclusion】The value of biodiversity conservation and water conservation are more than 50%,which is the main ecosystem service function.
