摘要：基质的选用是石斛兰无土栽培成败的关键。通过石斛兰无土栽培基质的优化筛选,研究来源广泛、价廉、无污染的基质配比,以适应石斛兰大规模工厂化生产及提高其观赏品质的要求。不同配比基质对石斛兰营养生长和开花性状各项指标的综合影响结果表明∶火山岩∶木炭∶椰衣=1∶1∶2的基质配比最有利于石斛兰生长。
Selecting subsrtate is the key technique in Dendrobium soilless culture. Selecting different substrate treatment was conducted to find out widespread, cheap, non-polluted substrate to adapt it＇s industrialization producing and improve its cut flower quantity and quality. The effect of different substrate on Dendrobium growth and flowering by Principal Component Analysis showed that substrate volcanic rock 1 added coconut fiber 2 added charcoal 1 mixing substrate made Dendrobium grow best.
