摘要:为揭示厚朴种质资源的品质优劣,同步研究了20个种源9年生厚朴林分的生长特性、药材产量和药效成分变异规律,结果显示不同地理种源间厚朴生长及药材产量性状在各指标间差异均达到极显著水平,生物量和药材产量的性状遗传力(0.84~0.86)均很高,说明对这些性状选择都具有较高的价值;以隶属函数分析了20个厚朴地理种源的综合排名,以20%的比例进行筛选,4号(湖北利川)、12号(江西庐山)、20号(湖南永州)和17号(四川都江堰)等入选优良种源,综合排名第5、6名的5号(贵州习水)和16号(湖北香党坪)种源厚朴的总酚含量分别为4.06%、3.14%,在20个种源中处于次高水平,值得继续观察和选择.
To screen elite germplasm resources of Houpo?a officinalis for purposive cultivation,growth performance,crude drug yield and pharmacodynamic components of 9-year-old H.officinalis from 20 provenances were studied.The results showed that growth characteristics and yields of the medicinal parts varied significantly among different provenances,these indexes,in addition the trait hereditary capacity of biomass and yield trait were very high(0.84-0.86),which indicated that the selection of these traits were of high value.The comprehensive ranking of 20 provenances was further analyzed by membership function.Top 4 provenances with highest scores,which accounted for 20%of the total,were selected.They were H.officinalis from Hubeilichuan,Jiangxilushan,Hunanyongzhou and Sichuandujiangyan,respectively.Another 2 provenances,namely Guizhouxishui and Hubeixiangdangping,which ranked fifth and sixth in the comprehensive ranking,were subject to further observation and selection due to their relatively high level of total phenolics.
