摘要:本研究依托崇左凭祥友谊关森林生态系统广西野外科学观测研究站,在中国林业科学研究院热带林业实验中心林区,利用南亚热带近自然化改造马尾松(Pinus massoniana)人工林内的自动气象观测站,开展土壤水热动态监测和研究,样地布设、指标监测和数据质量控制均按照规范进行。本数据集对2016–2021年近自然化改造马尾松人工林的土壤温度、土壤体积含水量、土壤热通量、空气温度和空气相对湿度等观测数据,经过异常值剔除、数据插补等标准数据处理,统计得到马尾松人工林日尺度的土壤水热动态数据,并对数据集的构建进行了说明。建立和共享本数据集对于理解近自然化改造马尾松人工林的土壤水热特征有重要价值,同时可为深入研究针阔叶混交林对全球气候变化的响应提供基础数据,也为南亚热带森林资源的可持续经营和管理提供数据基础支撑。
This study was conducted at the Tropical Forestry Experimental Center of the Chinese Academy of Forestry in Youyiguan Pingxiang Chongzuo Forest Ecosystem Observation and Research Station of Guangxi.Based on the automatic meteorological observation station,we monitored and analyzed the soil hydrothermal dynamics in Pinus massoniana plantations under close-to-nature management.The sample plots layout,index monitoring,and data quality control were carried out in accordance with relevant specifications.This dataset contains the data of soil temperature,soil volume water content,soil heat flux,as well as air temperature and air humidity in Pinus massoniana plantations of close-to-nature management in South Subtropics from 2016 to 2021.After standard data processing,including outlier elimination and data interpolation,we statistically derived the daily data of soil water and heat dynamics of Pinus massoniana,and explained the construction of the dataset.The establishment and sharing of this dataset are valuable for facilitating a comprehensive understanding of the characteristics of soil water and heat in Pinus massoniana plantations under close-to-nature management in South Subtropics.Furthermore,the dataset can serve as an important resource for in-depth research on the response of mixed coniferous broad-leaved forest to global climate change.It can provide essential to support the sustainable management and conservation of forest resources in South Subtropics.
