摘要：在介绍德国国有林经营管理历史沿革的基础上,分析了德国国有林经营管理体制改革的成效,并详细介绍了黑森州的改革,最后总结出德国国有林经营管理体制改革值得借鉴的5条成功经验。
Based on introduction of history about management system of state - owned forest in Germany, the paper discussed the effects about management system reform of state - owned forest in Germany, and analyzed Hessen State reform case. Then the paper drew conclusions, which could be used for reference in management system reform of state - owned forest in China.
