摘要:【目的】为漆树优良种源选择和引种栽培提供科学的理论依据。【方法】针对来源于湖北、陕西和云南的3个地理种源漆树幼苗光合特性的净光合速率、气孔导度、胞间CO2浓度和蒸腾速率指标进行测定,分析不同种源光合指标的差异性、光能利用率和水分利用率。【结果】3个种源漆树幼苗的光合特性呈现出一定的规律:幼苗的净光合速率(Pn)和气孔导度(Gs)依次表现为湖北巴东种源>云南砚山种源>陕西平利种源,呈显著性差异;3个种源中,陕西种源的蒸腾速率(Tr)日变化最大,云南种源水分利用率最高,综合水分平均利用率以湖北种源最优;各种源气孔导度日变化为单峰型,变化趋势一致,漆树幼苗有明显的光合午休现象。【结论】根据漆树幼苗的光合特性,在苗木培育时进行适当遮阴,促进幼苗生长。其中,湖北巴东种源漆树对光能的利用率较高,一定程度上反映了幼苗良好生长和对环境的适应,可进一步进行良种选育,为漆林的丰产培育提供种源选择。
【Objective】The study aimed to provide a scientific theoretical basis for the selection of superior province of lacquer tree. 【Method】In this study, photosynthetic characteristics of three geographic provinces from Hubei, Shaanxi and Yunnan were measured, and net photosynthetic rate, stomatal conductance, intercellular CO2 concentration and transpiration rate indexes of different province were measured. The differences of photosynthetic index, utility rate of luminous energy and water use efficiency of different provinces were analyzed.【Result】The results showed that the photosynthetic characteristics of the three province seedlings showed certain regularity: the net photosynthetic rate(Pn) and stomatal conductance(Gs) of the seedlings were in turn as Hubei province>Yunnan province >Shaanxi province. The transpiration rate(Tr) of Shaanxi province was the largest in the three province, while the water use efficiency of Yunnan province was the highest, but the average comprehensive utilization of water was the best in Hubei. The diurnal variation of the permeability in every province was uniformity. The lacquer seedlings had obvious photosynthesis midday break phenomeno.【Conclusion】 Therefore, according to the photosynthetic characteristics, some measures of appropriate shading could be carried out during seedling cultivation to promote seedling growth. Of which, the utilization rates of light energy in Badong Hubei province were high which reflected the good growth of the seedlings and the adaptation to the environment to a certain extent, and should further carry out for genetic improvement and support the high-yield cultivation of the lacquer forest.
