摘要：随着科学技术在我国社会发展建设中的贡献不断增多,大型仪器设备作为科技发展的重要技术支撑,近些年资金投入规模不断扩大。但是大型仪器设备利用率低下,信息化水平不高始终是科研院所仪器设备共享面临的难题。对此,文章从科研院所大型仪器设备共享现状分析入手,对大型仪器设备共享的重要性、仪器设备共享制度及标准、搭建共享平台等方面进行探讨,目的是为提升科研院所仪器设备开放水平,解决重复、封闭、低效等问题提供参考。
With the development of science and technology contribution in the social construction, as an important means to scientific and technological development, the instrument and equipment provide significant technical support, so that, the scale of investment in equipment continues to expand in recent years. But the problems of low utilization and low informationization level for instrument and equipment always be difficult to solve for opening and sharing the instrument and equipment. Therefore, beginning with the analysis of present situation of the instrument and equipment opening and sharing in scientific research institutes, the importance of instrument and equipment’s opening and sharing, instrument and equipment opening and sharing system and standards, and constructing sharing platform were discussed in the paper,which will improve the opening and sharing level of the instrument and equipment in scientific research institutes, and provide reference for solving problems of repeated, closed, low efficiency and so on.
