摘要:采用半连续预乳化乳液聚合工艺,合成了含羧基的丙烯酸酯乳液。通过加入金属盐交联剂醋酸锌,使羧基离子与金属离子键合形成螯合交联,研究了羧基含量与加入醋酸锌后不同的n(Zn2+)∶n(—COOH)对乳液性能的影响,自交联乳液制得的涂膜铅笔硬度达到2H,耐水性达96 h以上。
The acrylate emulsion with carboxyl group is prepared through a semi - continuous and pre - emulsification polymerization process. In corporation of crosslinking agent zinc acetate will lead the chelation crosslinking between carboxylicion and metalion. The effect of different n ( Zn^2+ ) : n (-COOH) and carboxyl group content on the property of emulsion is discussed. A self - crosslinking emulsion is prepared, which shows its pencil hardness 2H and water resistance over 96 h.
