摘要：旨在促进云南省大理州核桃产业转型升级,推动全产业链高质量发展,对大理州核桃全产业链问题进行系统分析与诊断,并提出其高质量发展的优化策略。大理州是我国重要的核桃产区,核桃产业基础雄厚,政策支持力度大,核桃产业兼容性强;大理州核桃全产业链发展在种植、加工、销售等环节存在管理水平落后、供需不匹配及风险应对能力不足等问题。可通过优化种植结构、提高管理与加工水平、强化品牌建设、拓展市场空间和推动上中下游融合发展等策略,增强大理州核桃产业的韧性与可持续性。实现这些策略需要政府、企业、农户的共同努力,以及政策、科技、资金和人才的持续支持。未来应持续跟踪和优化策略实施情况,探索大理州核桃全产业链在动态市场和技术变革中的创新与适应性发展。
In order to promote the transformation and upgrading of walnut industry in Dali Prefecture,Yunnan Province,and promote the high-quality development of the whole industry chain,the problems of the whole industry chain of walnut in Dali Prefecture were systematically analyzed and diagnosed,and the optimization strategy for high-quality development was put forward.Dali Prefecture is an important walnut producing area in China,with a solid foundation of walnut industry,strong policy support and high compatibility of the walnut industry.The development of the walnut whole industry chain in Dali Prefecture has certain problems in each link from planting,processing to sales,including backward management level,mismatch between supply and demand,and insufficient risk response ability.The resilience and sustainability of the walnut industry in Dali Prefecture can be enhanced by optimizing the planting structure,improving the management and processing level,strengthening brand building,expanding market space,and promoting the integration of upstream,midstream and downstream development and other strategies.Realizing these strategies requires the joint efforts from the government,enterprises,and farmers,along with the continuous support in policies,science and technology,funds,and talents.In the future,the implementation of the strategies should be continuously tracked and optimized to explore the innovation and adaptive development of the walnut whole industry chain in Dali Prefecture in the midst of dynamic market and technological changes.
