摘要:简要介绍了UNITANK工艺的特点,详细论述了UNITANK工艺处理BCTMP高浓制浆废水的设计参数和调试运行时取得的处理效果。工程设计的进水水质:CODCr4300~5500mg/L,BOD5900~1500mg/L,SS1200~2500mg/L,TS4000~6500mg/L,设计的主要参数:水量4800t/d,HRT(水力停留时间)11.8h,污泥负荷0.15kgBOD5/kgMLSS。近9个月的工业运行结果表明,废水进水COD在1800~2500mg/L间波动时,CODCr去除率可保持在65%以上,SS去除率可保持在80%以上,UNITANK工艺均取得了较好的处理效果,特别适于处理水质波动较大的废水,并且较好地避免了污泥膨胀问题。
The design parameters of UNITANK process for the China fir(Cunninghamia lanceolata) BCTMP effluent treatment were presented in detail, the characteristic of the China fir BCTMP wastewater was as follows: the CODcr 4300- 5500 mg/L, the BOD5 900-1500 mg/L, the Suspended solid 1200-2500 mg/L, total solid 4000-6500 mg/L, pH 6.0-7.5, and the color 600-1200 times. UNITANK was designed for the treatment of 4800 cubic meter wastewater per day, which effective cubage was 3560 cubic meter for aerobic treatment, HRT was about 11.9 hours, the sludge age was 6 days, the volume loading was 0.78 kg BODJ(m3.d). The nmning results of UNITANK process for 12 months showed that average CODcr removal rate reaches above 65 percent, average suspended solid removal rate reaches above 80 percent when the influent CODcr of UNITANK varies from 1800 mg/L to 2500 mg/L. UNITANK process removes the organic from the China fir BCTMP effluent effectively, and is especially suitable for the treatment of the wastewater with fluctuating quality, and also can prevent the sludge from swelling. It indicates that UNITANK can be preferably used for the treatment of industrial effluent.
