摘要:针对目前市场上采用醋酸值来表示柠檬酸颗粒活性炭吸附性能的方法进行了研究,通过全孔分析表明对色素起主要吸附作用的孔径范围在2~10 nm,此时用亚甲基蓝值表示柠檬酸颗粒活性炭的吸附性能更加适合。通过对柠檬酸液实物脱色进行研究,发现亚甲基蓝吸附值在10 mL/0.1 g的颗粒活性炭能够达到对柠檬酸脱色比较理想的效果。
Using acetic acid value to express adsorption capacity of citric acid granular activated carbon in the market was studied in this paper.The pore size analysis shows that the main pore range adsorbed pigments is 2~10 nm,methylene blue adsorption value is better than acetic acid adsorption value to express the adsorption capacity of citric acid granular activated carbon.From the experiment of activated carbon adsorbed the citric acid,the conclusion can be reached that when its methylene blue adsorption value reaches 10 mL/0.1 g,the granular activated carbon is eligible.
