摘要:采用不同塑料纯度和形态的废弃聚乙烯塑料与棉秆刨花复合,制备棉秆/塑料复合板材,研究废弃塑料的形态和塑料纯度对复合板材性能的影响。结果表明:1)采用重均粒径较小的废弃塑料与棉秆复合时,板材的性能较优;2)相对于增加复合板材中废弃塑料的比例,对废弃塑料进行彻底的清洗,是提高复合板材性能的有效手段。
Recycled plastic with different particle size and impurity content were compounded with cotton stalk particles,after which the mixture was used to make cotton stalk/plastic composites through hot pressing.The effects of size and impurity of the recycled plastic on the composite properties were evaluated.The results show that: 1) the physical and mechanical properties of composites made with smaller plastic sizes perform better than those made with larger plastic sizes;2) cleaning the recycled plastic with water is more effective for improving the composite properties than increasing the waste plastic content.
