摘要:以脱氢枞胺、α,ω-二溴代烷和2-溴乙基磺酸钠为原料制备了4种松香基磺酸盐Gemini表面活性剂N,N′-二乙基磺酸钠-N,N′-二脱氢枞基-α,ω-二胺,用傅里叶变换红外光谱、核磁共振波谱对系列目标产物的结构进行了表征;研究了这4种表面活性剂的表面活性。实验结果表明,4种表面活性剂的水溶液的临界胶束浓度分别为0.32,0.29,0.18,0.13mmol/L,相应的临界表面张力分别为31.0,28.6,29.4,28.1mN/m;其水溶液在载玻片上的接触角小于十二烷基磺酸钠水溶液的接触角,证明这4种表面活性剂具有良好的润湿性能;表面活性剂的表面活性随分子结构中连接的亚甲基链长度的增加而增强。
Dehydroabietylamine,α,ω-dibromoalkane and sodium 2-bromoethylsulfonate were the raw materials for synthesizing four kinds of rosin-based sulfonate Gemini surfactants namely N, N'- sodium-2-diethylsulfonate-N, N'-didehydroabietate-α,ω-diamines ( ( a ) 1,2-ethylenediamine, ( b ) 1,4- butanediamine, ( c ) 1,6-hexanediamine, (d) 1,8-octanediamine). The structures of four products were characterized by means of FTIR, 1H NMR and 13C NMR. The surface activities of four rosin-based sulfonate Gemini surfactants were investigated. The aqueous solutions of the four products are highly surface active. Their critical micelle concentrations ( CMC ) are 0.32 ( a), 0.29 ( b ), 0. 18 ( c ) and 0.13(d) mmol/L respectively. The surface tensions of the four aqueous solutions at CMC are 31.0(a), 28.6(b), 29.4(c) and 28.1 (d) mN/m respectively. The contact angles of the solutions on sheet glasses were measured to observe their surface wettabilities. Their contact angles are all less than the that of sodium dodecyl sulfonate, a convention surfactant. The measurement also indicated that surface activities of the four products increased with the lengthening of polymethylene chain as the spacer groups in their structures.
