摘要:柿不同物种品种的花粉粒大小、发芽率有极显著差异,花粉发芽率一般在40%以上,但完全甜柿、涩柿品种的发芽率较低。花粉在常温下仅能贮藏5d~10d,而常温干燥,低温干燥可分别贮藏15d~20d、30d以上。温度、庶糖浓度高低影响花粉发芽率,适宜硼浓度明显促进花粉萌发,柿花粉发芽适宜条件为温度25℃、2%琼脂+25%蔗糖+5~50mg·L-1硼砂。雌花开放后在1天~2天内授粉坐果率最高。
The size of persimmon pollen and the percent germination varied very significantly with species and varieties. Generally, germination of the pollen studied was over 40 percent; however, the pollination constant non-astringent type and the astringent type of persimmon showed a lower percent of germination. At room temperatures, the pollen could last for 5 to 10 days without losing its viability, and the storage time could be lengthened to 15 to 20 days at room temperatures under dry conditions and up to 30 days at low temperatures under dry conditions. The temperature and concentration of sucrose applied had a strong effect on germination, and boric acid with a proper concentration could promote germination to a remarkable extent. The optimal temperature for persimmon pollen to germinate properly was 25℃, and the satisfactory medium was composed of 2% agarose added with 25% sucrose and 5~50mg/L of boric acid. The female flowers showed the best receptivity when they were one to two days old.
