摘要：组织培养技术是植物种质资源保存、快速繁育与推广利用的重要技术手段。本文概述了近年来山杏组织培养快繁体系建立的研究进展,重点对外植体的选择与消毒、初代培养、增殖培养、生根培养、炼苗等各技术环节的研究成果进行总结,并提出山杏组织培养中存在的问题及需要解决的关键问题,为山杏组培快繁技术的进一步完善、应用和推广提供重要借鉴。
Tissue culture is an important technical means for the preservation,rapid propagation,popularization and utilization of plant germplasm resources.In this paper,the research progress was summarized on the establishment of tissue culture rapid propagation system of Prunus sibirica,and the research results and existing problems were discussed at the aspects of explant selection,disinfection,primary culture,proliferation culture,rooting culture and seedling cultivation,and the key problems needed to be solved in tissue culture of Prunus sibirica were put forward,which provided an important reference for the further improvement,application and promotion of tissue culture and rapid propagation technology of Prunus sibirica.
