摘要:从人类社会面临的能源危机和环境保护角度,阐述用环境完全友好的天然植物纤维和可生物降解塑料制备的生物质复合材料的发展背景、意义及现状。通过分析材料的可再生和降解特性,指出该种材料符合复合材料的发展方向,并对未来在汽车内饰部件、建筑及公共设施等领域的应用前景进行预测。
The rapid growth of world population has resulted in substantial increases in demand and consumption of all raw materials world wide. This provides a unique opportunity for developing new, naturally-renewable and environmentally-friendly, biodegradable composites. This paper reviews the current literature covering the background, current status, and importance to the environment for developing a kind of composite made by natural fiber and biodegradable plastics. It also discusses current trends, emerging applications and research needs for future development. The successful development of these biocomposites from abundant and renewable natural fiber resources will provide a strategic alternative solution to the continuing depletion of petroleum reserves, environmental pollution, and protection of the fragile environment.
